i have really been neglecting my fans. i will try to write more.

I went to see my stepbother's (18) baby. Jeremy is my stepmoms only child and has been in our family for 10 ish years. Well he has a baby now, born on the 26th of Dec. I have not had the pleasure of meeting the new baby until last week. I thought i would hold him and like oh wee and move on. Not the case.
I ask Savanah (the mom) if i could hold him and feed him. When i put the baby in my arms and he started drinking the bottle, tears just starting pouring out of my face. Mark was making jokes how he wished the baby would vomit on me, but when he saw my face... silence......fear....dread!
I have cried about babies for a year now and i am sick of it. I want to be hypmotized.!
Everyone i know is having one and it only makes it harder, when they are so cute and the moms are so dang happy.
I try to call my mom and talk to her about it because she is great at telling me how awful it can be and how restricted your life is. I am thankful for this.I hope these feeling of needing a baby go away soon.

On another note mark finally went back to work to day. He has only worked three days since christmas. We were starting to get nervous. We are really glad we did not buy that house or we would have been up the creek.

well i have internet at home now, but i don't know what to do with it. When i did not have it i could think of a million things i needed it for, but now i just check my bank balances and stare at the google search  screen trying to think of something i might need to know. I obviously know every thing cause i cant think of anything i don't.

This brings me to xanga. I used to be such a blogger. Not anymore. I don't have the urge to tell everyone everything  anymore.  Maybe thats from happiness or laziness or age or laziness.

I did keep my cousin Alina for seven days  two weeks ago.  That cured all my baby fever. i love her but she makes me not want to reproduce. Funny how that works..

Also. Mark and i have offically decided o build a house. We bought land and a couple of weeks ago we found a great deal on appliances and bought them all. Mark found a great deal on a tv he has been dying for so he bought it this week. I think we have done things a little backwards, but we just cant say no to good deals. So until the house is actually built i guess our storage building will keep growing.  I am not really in a hurry to build i am happy with our apartment, but now that we have appliances i feel kind of rushed. they only have a year warranty and if we dont used them for two and they dont work we would  end up with not such a good deal.  I guess the next year will be interesting.

i just got back form Costa Rica. I spent a week in Santa Teresa at the Lucero surf retreat. (Lucero-surfretreat.com). While I was there costa rica had a tropical Depression, earthquake, mudslides, and lots of crazy animals and plants. We went three days with out water and electricity. It was Awesome!! i really mean that. we collected rain water to bathe and flush. I think everyone should experience that kind of living. I loved it but was glad to get home.

There are some really beautiful things to see in north Alabama. Earlier this week mark and i went hicking. We packed Cheese burgers and doodoo cookies and fruit rollups in case we got lost with no food. We ended up having our cheese burgers by a gorgeous waterfall. On the way back we picked up any trash we could find and put in in our little garbage sack.... well we found these napkins stuff down in the little whole the the base of a tree. Mark proceeds to dig them out when we both notice a stench. Mark makes and awful face ( i am making it right now.. if you could see me) and starts hollering "OH, GOD. THIS IS A POOP NAPKIN. I AM TOUCHING POO." Indeed He was.
At least this sweet human that pooped in the woods tried to hide the evidence in a tree.
After that we watched Dung beetles roll up little pieces of poo and make little ball for itself and roll it back to wherever it came from. If you have never seen this it is amazing. They push their poo ball, which is bigger than themselves, backwards. they walk on the front feet and push withthe back legs. the beetle's face gets cover in poo and dirt but it keeps going. Facinating really.
We stopped at the nearest gas station to wash our hands, but it was a good day.

Haleyville gets better and better everyday. Across from the bank a new store has opened.  Mystical and Spiritual Treasures.  In there display window we have dragon incense holders, tapestries with yin yangs and other such paraphernalia. I believe the people that own it are actually claiming to be witches. They stand out side the front door of the shop with there long hair and cigarettes hanging form the corner of their lips. The Higher ups in the bank are Church of Christ and they are all in a tizzy. It did not help that, on a major holiday, they advertised in the window with car chalk " Give Thanks  to all our  Gods".    Bad idea.  I thought people were going to have a prayer meeting outside and then burn it to the ground. I love Haleyville.
